Scratch and Dent items are products that have been
previously returned by other customers or items from the
factory that may have some minor cosmetic flaws such as a
scratch, nick or ding. The item is guaranteed to function
perfectly except for the flaw. If you can live with a minor
blemish, you'll save some serious money and get the item you
wanted!
Because of the random nature of flaws on specific items we
are unable to list the specific information of the flaw with
the item.
Please Note: Due to the various nature of these minor
defects, exchanges aren't permitted for the purpose of
replacing a Scratch and Dent item with the same item in hope
of finding a relatively better one. Assessing the importance
of cosmetic defects is subjective, so such exchanges are not
offered or possible.
Some of the reasons that items are sold in the Scratch and
Dent sections:
During shipping, the product was blemished, dented or
scratched.
In transit the manufacturer's packaging was damaged, but
the contents were unharmed.
The product was returned without its owner's manual.
The product was returned under warranty and then repaired
to meet OEM standards.
At the manufacturer's warehouse was
blemished, dinged, dented or other.

sell. Some equipment may be shipped directly from our
suppliers to our customer after an order is placed.
